GDL staff You work for GDL Electrical Contractors — engineer, apprentice, office or management. Customer Your company uses GDL and you need to see your jobs, PO numbers or stock. Supplier / Wholesaler You supply GDL and you need to see PO numbers and stock.

About you

First Name * Your real first name — your username is made from it.

Last Name *

Company Name * The company you work for.

Job Title * Electrician, apprentice, office administrator and so on.

Date You Started at GDL * Near enough is fine if you cannot remember the day.

Contact

Personal Email * Your own email, not a GDL one. A 6-digit code is sent to it to check it works.

Mobile Number * A UK mobile. 07700 900123 or 447700900123 — both are fine, it is tidied up for you. A code is texted to it.

Home Address

Address Line 1 * House number or name and street.

Address Line 2 Only if you need it.

Town *

Postcode *

Payroll

The office needs these for payroll. They are only ever seen by the office.

National Insurance Number * Two letters, six numbers, one letter — e.g. AB 12 34 56 C. Spaces are removed.

Date of Birth * Used for the birthday list and for payroll.

Why you need an account

What do you need the account for? * Job sheets and hours, control panels, stock — whatever you will be using. Say who took you on if you are new.

Your password

Pick it now. Nobody at GDL ever sees it, and it is the one you will log in with once the account is approved.

Password * At least 8 characters, with a letter and a number in it.

Password Again *

Next you will get a code by email and another by text.
